Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer at the Voith Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing automation systems and condition monitoring solutions for electric drive systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing system and interface architectures, specifying requirements for sensors, actuators, and controller hardware, and programming control software across various platforms. You will be responsible for implementing functional safety features, ensuring SIL compliance, and integrating cybersecurity requirements into your designs. The position involves hands-on system validation on prototypes and conducting on-site commissioning for clients. You will also manage the full product lifecycle (PLM) and provide technical support.
