As an Information Security Service Desk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing internal communication interfaces and supporting information security operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating service desk requests, creating security-related templates, drafting intranet articles and professional emails, and managing scheduling for initial departmental consultations. You will also be responsible for the comprehensive preparation and follow-up of workshops. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in IT operations and information security standards. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in information security coordination or related IT support roles
  • Experience with technical and organizational information security standards such as ISO 27001
