We are a modern, family-run electrical engineering company based in the Vogtland region, seeking a dedicated Project Manager or Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take full ownership of electrical projects, ranging from residential new builds to complex industrial installations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating site operations, managing personnel and subcontractors, overseeing technical and commercial aspects of projects, and ensuring high-quality execution through to final handover. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors, working independently in a senior position directly reporting to executive management. The ideal candidate is a structured, solution-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to quality.
