Job Summary

As a Team Lead for Utilities at Vetter, you will play a critical role in managing the technical building services (TGA/MEP) at our Saarlouis site. This position involves leading, motivating, and developing a technical team while ensuring the high availability of complex utility systems, including HVAC, black media (heating, cooling, sanitary, gases), and pure media (purified water, pharmaceutical gases). You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, troubleshooting system failures, managing external service providers, and overseeing facility upgrade projects. A key aspect of the role is identifying process vulnerabilities and implementing corrective measures to maintain operational excellence. The position requires a unique transition period: you will begin with a 12-24 month training phase in Ravensburg before permanently relocating to the Saarlouis site. This role is ideal for an experienced technical leader with a background in the pharmaceutical industry who thrives in a collaborative, high-standard environment and is adept at managing both people and complex industrial infrastructure.
