Job Summary

As a People Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the national People Development team at ALDI Nord Germany. Your daily responsibilities involve designing, implementing, and facilitating assessment and development centers, alongside providing expert diagnostic support for talent identification and placement processes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including top management and HR Business Partners, to create requirement profiles and interview guidelines. A key part of your role is managing the end-to-end lifecycle of talent development projects, including the selection and steering of external service providers. You will also conduct feedback sessions and advise leaders on potential development. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Psychology, Economics, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in personnel and/or leadership development within a large company or management consultancy.
  • Proven experience in the design and implementation of assessment and development centers.
  • Experience in the application of digital assessment instruments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all hierarchical levels, including top management.
