Job Summary
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining platform stability within a 24/7 operations center. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and SLAs, performing 1st and 2nd-level incident management, and coordinating with 3rd-level support teams. You will manage change requests, releases, and maintenance windows while ensuring all activities are documented within ITSM tools. A key part of your role involves continuously optimizing operational processes, runbooks, and monitoring dashboards to improve overall system efficiency. This position requires participation in a shift-based work model, including weekends and public holidays, as well as scheduled on-call duties. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Experience in NOC, data center, or cloud operations environments preferred
- Experience with ITIL-based ticket management and documentation practices

Additional
