Job Summary
The GULLERT & WILKE group is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to oversee technical and organizational operations at construction sites. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of electrical projects, including the planning and coordination of material and personnel requirements. You will serve as a key point of contact, maintaining close alignment with project management, clients, and other trades involved on-site. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with a background in electrical engineering or trades who excels at managing technical workflows and leading teams in a dynamic environment. The role offers the stability of an indefinite contract within an established engineering services group that values flat hierarchies and flexible working conditions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and technical compliance.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrical field; Master craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in construction site environments
- Experience in electrical engineering, electrical trades, or automation technology
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for assembly/installation work (Montagebereitschaft).
