Job Summary

As the Head of Operational Engineering at the Krogaspe site, you will lead the operational technology department, overseeing the maintenance, fault resolution, and technical infrastructure of critical systems. Your daily responsibilities include managing technical projects, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards, and coordinating on-call services. You will be responsible for the planning, construction supervision, and commissioning of infrastructure measures, while also managing occupational safety and conducting team training. This role is unique as it involves managing critical infrastructure (KRITIS) within a stable, government-owned organization that balances public service security with professional private-sector operational standards.
