The successful candidate will manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, document IT processes, and assist in the introduction of new systems in IT projects. A key part of the role involves providing 1st and 2nd level IT support, handling IT disruptions via ticketing systems, and installing, configuring, and administering Windows clients and standard software.
