This role is for an IT Expert specializing in Service Management with a focus on ISO 20000, working remotely for a company that supports prominent German industrial firms, including automotive, chemical, and plastics manufacturers. The successful candidate will manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, document IT processes, and assist in the introduction of new systems in IT projects. A key part of the role involves providing 1st and 2nd level IT support, handling IT disruptions via ticketing systems, and installing, configuring, and administering Windows clients and standard software.
