Job Summary

This Senior Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of actuarial reports for over 40 German companies, covering various benefits like pension commitments and severance pay. The role involves meticulous content and numerical review of documents, as well as calculating equalization claims for pension adjustments and coordinating their distribution to external pension providers. A key responsibility is managing the legally mandated insolvency protection through the Pensions-Sicherungs-Verein (PSVaG) for both internal companies and external clients. The successful candidate will also oversee the smooth transfer of obligations and assets during company changes, including employee transitions, and develop salary conversion models for senior executives. This position requires strong analytical skills, discretion, and excellent communication.
