University degree and doctorate in an engineering discipline with a focus on electrical engineering, ideally specializing in energy technology, plant engineering, or renewable energies.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience outside of the university sector, ideally in renewable energies or electrical plant engineering.
- Proven pedagogical and didactic aptitude demonstrated through relevant teaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability for independent scientific research, typically evidenced by a high-quality doctoral degree.

- Must meet the appointment requirements under § 25 of the Lower Saxony Higher Education Act (NHG). Ability and willingness to conduct lectures in both German and English. Willingness to teach in online degree programs.
