Job Summary
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will join Heinrich Hagner GmbH & Co. KG, a family-owned manufacturer of personal care and cleaning products. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory documentation for raw materials and products within the company's ERP system. Your day-to-day tasks include managing product registrations, coordinating safety assessments and data sheets with external partners, and ensuring packaging and labeling comply with current regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal departments like R&D, Marketing, and Sales, while monitoring legislative changes to ensure the product portfolio remains compliant. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in chemistry, pharmacy, or life sciences who thrives in a structured environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and marketability of products sold across domestic and international markets, working within a collaborative team in the Black Forest region.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in natural sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Nutritional Sciences) or completed vocational training as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), or Pharmacy Technician (PTA).
Experience
- Professional experience in regulatory affairs or the cosmetics industry is preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Proven ability to manage technical documentation and regulatory filings
