Job Summary
As Team Lead Financial Accounting, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling all financial accounting operations. Key duties include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring their alignment with departmental leadership. You will serve as the primary contact for internal and external tax and accounting inquiries, collaborating with external tax advisors and auditors to resolve complex issues. A significant part of the role involves optimizing and digitalizing financial processes across departments and preparing corporate tax returns for signature. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial training with further qualification as a Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt) or Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter), or comparable qualification.

- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Income Tax Law (Körperschaftssteuer)
- In-depth knowledge of Trade Tax Law (Gewerbesteuer)
- In-depth knowledge of Wage Tax Law (Lohnsteuer)
- In-depth knowledge of Income Tax Law (Einkommensteuer)
- In-depth knowledge of Tax Code (Abgabenordnung)
- In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GoB)
- In-depth knowledge of German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch)
- In-depth knowledge of Accounting and Valuation Law (Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsrecht)
- In-depth knowledge of Social Security Law (Sozialversicherungsrecht)
