Key responsibilities include managing reporting and certification processes with health insurance providers and authorities, contributing to month-end and year-end closings, and assisting with audits. The specialist will also handle the calculation of flat-rate wage tax for gifts and company events, maintain personnel master data, and manage digital personnel files.
