Job Summary

As an Embedded Linux Engineer, you will be the driving force behind the development and operation of IoT gateway firmware. Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining Linux-based firmware, managing secure OTA update pipelines, and ensuring robust system security. You will work closely with hardware-near testing, perform error analysis, and utilize telemetry data to monitor performance. A key aspect of the role involves collaborating with the open-source community and providing 3rd-level support for field operations. The ideal candidate possesses significant practical experience with Buildroot, kernel drivers, and IoT security concepts. You are comfortable with shell scripting, Linux userspace tooling, and CI/CD workflows. This position is unique because it offers the opportunity to work on proprietary hardware that directly contributes to the energy transition in buildings.
