As the Head of Facility Management & Building Services, you will oversee the technical operations and strategic development of our campus portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading a technical team, managing maintenance schedules, coordinating event setups, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations like fire protection and occupational health. You will act as a central service provider, optimizing energy consumption, overseeing building renovations, and managing insurance claims. The role requires a strong technical background, a focus on process efficiency, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical operations and internal service requirements. Required Skills
Education
Technical degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or Supply Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
