You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, including the procurement, setup, and deployment of smartphones and tablets, as well as managing Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems like Samsung Knox, Jamf, and Microsoft Intune. Day-to-day, you will provide remote technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure compliance with security policies, and maintain client data in the CRM system. You will also advise clients on optimizing their mobile environments for efficiency and security.
