Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Electrical Installations, you will take full responsibility for the organizational, technical, and economic management of complex electrical engineering construction projects. Your day-to-day work involves coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards, and acting as the primary link between clients, planners, and internal staff. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial preparation and material procurement to execution, final documentation, and project handover. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives on construction sites, possesses strong technical expertise, and is committed to modern, digitized project management standards like BIM. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the electrical trade, ideally with further qualification as an Electrical Master (Elektrotechnikermeister) or Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in the coordination and management of construction sites or electrical engineering projects.
- Experience in project documentation, measurement, billing, and material management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
