As a Building Services Design Engineer (MEP), you will play a pivotal role in creating energy-efficient and cost-effective supply engineering concepts for turnkey construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing network calculations for heating, cooling, ventilation, and potable water systems using specialized software like mh7, mh-BIM, or LINEAR. You will be responsible for preparing specifications, managing tender processes, and supporting the procurement of subcontractors. Furthermore, you will actively participate in client presentations and engage in integral collaboration with internal departments and external planning offices.
