As a Project Manager within the Digital Hub, you will serve as a central driver for digitalization, automation, and innovation. You will oversee the strategic steering and operational execution of key digital initiatives, ensuring the successful development of smart, scalable solutions for standardization. Your day-to-day work involves managing complex projects, harmonizing requirements with industry stakeholders to ensure interoperability, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will actively contribute to the technological evolution of the system landscape by implementing pragmatic solutions using low-code, scripting, and AI tools. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in steering digital and IT projects using both classic and agile methodologies
- Proven experience in the application of automation and AI tools for process optimization
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, particularly with industry representatives
- Professional experience in navigating the interface between business departments, IT, and management
