Job Summary

As the Manager of Chromatography Instruments at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, you will lead a high-performing process engineering team focused on the development and design of downscale chromatography systems. You will oversee the entire process engineering lifecycle, from initial requirement definition and design to validation and continuous improvement. You will act as a central interface, coordinating cross-functional collaboration between chromatography, automation, hardware, software, quality, and manufacturing departments.
