Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Facility Engineering, you will oversee the operational and professional functionality of the technical department within a major hospital setting. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the uninterrupted operation of all technical facilities, managing and coordinating external service providers, and overseeing budget planning and cost control. You will be responsible for leading the technical team both professionally and disciplinarily, ensuring strict compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines such as DIN, VDE, and DGUV. This role is crucial for maintaining the hospital's infrastructure, requiring participation in on-call duties and emergency management. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training with additional certification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker), ideally in Electrical Engineering, Utilities Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in facility engineering, preferably within the hospital or healthcare sector
  • Leadership experience or demonstrated strong motivation to lead a team
  • Proven experience in managing technical building equipment and infrastructure
