Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Facility Engineering, you will oversee the operational and professional functionality of the technical department within a major hospital setting. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the uninterrupted operation of all technical facilities, managing and coordinating external service providers, and overseeing budget planning and cost control. You will be responsible for leading the technical team both professionally and disciplinarily, ensuring strict compliance with legal regulations, standards, and guidelines such as DIN, VDE, and DGUV. This role is crucial for maintaining the hospital's infrastructure, requiring participation in on-call duties and emergency management.
