The Digital Hub Project Manager will lead strategic and operational digitalization initiatives within the DKE, a key division of the VDE. In this role, you will manage central projects aimed at transforming standardization processes into smart, scalable, and interoperable digital solutions. Day-to-day, you will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, harmonizing requirements and implementing pragmatic solutions using low-code, automation, and AI tools to optimize system landscapes. You will be responsible for driving the digital roadmap, ensuring that national activities align with international standards, and translating complex technical visions into actionable IT structures. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a 'make things happen' mentality who thrives at the intersection of process engineering, IT, and stakeholder management. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in managing digital or IT projects using both classical and agile methodologies
- Proven experience in utilizing automation and AI tools for process optimization
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and bridging the gap between technical and business departments
