In this role, you will lead the civil engineering team, overseeing a group of technical staff and water utility workers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects—from planning and tendering to execution—across civil, road, water, bridge, and hydraulic engineering. You will serve as the primary technical and contractual contact for external engineering firms, ensuring the integrity of the municipal drinking water infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget control, project scheduling, and financial accounting for all construction measures.
