Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing project execution, monitoring budgets, managing contract variations, conducting invoice audits, and performing site inspections. You will also be responsible for compiling project documentation and ensuring safety standards through regular checks. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, construction, or architecture, combined with a structured and independent approach to task management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture, or a comparable qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician.

Experience

  • Proven experience in budget monitoring and contract management
