Job Summary
This role is a permanent, full-time position for a Master Technician or Engineer specializing in Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical Engineering (MSR) within a refinery environment in the Ingolstadt area. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for a small team, coordinating personnel and material resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Daily responsibilities include overseeing assembly work, managing loop checks, supporting commissioning, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients and be responsible for detailed project documentation. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in industrial plant construction or refineries who values structured, independent work and collaborative team environments. Required Skills
Education
Master Technician (Meister), Technician (Techniker), or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, MSR Technology, or Supply Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in refineries or plant engineering.
- Prior experience in team leadership is considered an advantage.

- Must hold relevant qualifications as a Meister or Technician. Experience in refinery or plant construction environments is highly preferred. Ability to work in the Ingolstadt region.
