Job Summary

Boss Lubricants, a member of the FUCHS SE Group, is seeking a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician to join their production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of laboratory orders, including planning, documentation, and sample creation. You will play a key role in product approvals and support the scale-up process from initial production batches to full-scale manufacturing. Additionally, you will manage recipes and manufacturing instructions within the laboratory database, maintain master data, and assist in complaint management and production oversight. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working with chemical formulations. You will contribute to the production of high-quality process fluids and specialty lubricants for both local and global markets. The role requires a proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to work independently to solve complex technical challenges while ensuring production efficiency and product quality.
