As a Project Assistant in the Planning and Construction department, you will serve as the central administrative hub for the office. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the secretariat, coordinating appointments, and acting as the primary point of contact for citizens, architects, and external firms. You will play a key role in committee work by preparing session documents and handling administrative follow-up. Furthermore, you will manage financial tasks, including the formal verification of construction and consulting invoices, and assist with budget planning and project cost controlling. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), completion of the 'Beschäftigtenlehrgang I' (Public Service Training I), or a comparable qualification in the public sector.
