Job Summary

The Municipality of Langerwehe is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician to join their team in a permanent, full-time capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and developing the community's infrastructure, specifically focusing on road construction. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting and documenting traffic areas and structures, assessing damage, prioritizing repairs, and coordinating tasks with the municipal building yard or external contractors. You will also manage and update the road registry and oversee road excavation projects and sidewalk modifications. To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified Civil Engineering Technician with expertise in civil engineering, along with knowledge of public procurement regulations (VOB/VOL) and fee structures (HOAI).
