The Lower Saxony State Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety (LAVES) is seeking a Food Chemist for a 6-month project-based role in Braunschweig. In this position, you will play a critical role in the Basic Analytics and Homogenization department by consolidating and standardizing analytical methods and Quality Management (QM) documentation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating data for method validation and verification, updating QM documentation, drafting new occupational safety protocols, and developing structured workflows for the homogenization process.
