Job Summary

As a Service Hotline Technician, you will serve as a critical point of contact for international clients across Europe, Russia, Africa, and India. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support for basic inquiries, managing support tickets from inception to resolution, and coordinating exchange part orders. You will also utilize CRM systems to analyze call data, identifying opportunities for preventive maintenance and performance enhancements in client systems. Required Skills

  • Experience in automated application technology and robotics is considered a plus
  • Experience in technical customer support or service desk environments
