Job Summary

The Regional Association Ruhr (RVR) is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Europe department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic funding activities and providing advisory services to the association and its member municipalities. A key part of your day-to-day work involves coordinating and expanding a network of municipal funding officers across the Ruhr region and managing the 'europa.ruhr' service platform. You will act as a bridge between the RVR and funding bodies at the state, federal, and EU levels, ensuring projects are evaluated and progress is reported to relevant committees. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in political or administrative science who excels at networking and process management. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or FH Diploma) in Political or Administrative Sciences, ideally with a focus on EU affairs.

Experience

  • Professional experience in funding consulting, application processes, and/or funding management
  • Experience in managing cooperation projects and processes
