As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining a stable IT environment for a leading IT service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing hands-on 1st and 2nd level support, managing IMAC/D services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose), and configuring hardware and software for end-user devices. You will also be responsible for printer management in multi-vendor environments and resolving complex technical issues within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using ticket-tracking systems. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT System Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Experience working within SLA-based environments
  • Proven knowledge of Windows client environments and network infrastructure
