Job Summary

As the first AI Developer at this company, you will play a foundational role in integrating artificial intelligence into our industrial automation processes. Your primary responsibility is to analytically evaluate our existing product portfolio to identify and propose viable AI-driven solutions that add tangible value to our manufacturing workflows. This is a unique 'greenfield' opportunity where you will be the sole expert in the AI department, allowing you to shape the company's AI strategy from the ground up. You will focus on the industrial automation sector, specifically within the production of prefabricated construction components. The role requires a strong background in software development or engineering, combined with a practical understanding of industrial automation and production processes. This position offers a permanent, full-time contract based in Wutöschingen, with an initial focus on on-site presence to facilitate integration, transitioning into a flexible hybrid work model over time. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and real-world industrial application.
