Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive technical support and administration for the iTWO ERP system used across various departments including calculation, billing, construction management, and procurement. You will be responsible for managing user permissions, creating and maintaining reports, and driving the technical evolution of the iTWO software, including BIM integration and workflow automation. A core part of the position is conducting training sessions for users and acting as the primary interface between internal IT and the software provider. You will also play a key role in documenting user requirements, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with the Quality Management department to ensure compliance with company and legal standards. This position is ideal for an IT professional with a strong background in construction-specific ERP systems who enjoys bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and operational business needs. Required Skills
Education
Degree or vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), System Integration Specialist, or a comparable qualification.
