Job Summary

As a Hardware Work Package Leader, you will oversee the full lifecycle of hardware development, from decomposing high-level requirements into actionable tasks to managing the industrialization of boards. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, ensuring compliance with international aerospace standards, and managing the development environment. A key part of your role involves leading sub-teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will act as a central point of contact for technical audits and reviews, providing regular status reports on quality and scheduling. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to combine deep technical expertise in safety-critical hardware with project management leadership. You will work in a dynamic environment where you have the autonomy to tailor processes to project needs while maintaining strict adherence to aerospace safety standards. Required Skills

Education

Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through professional experience.

Experience

  • More than 7 years of professional experience in safety-critical hardware (board) development
  • Professional experience in national and international aerospace standards and certification processes
  • Proven experience in avionics process expertise, including requirements management and traceability
  • Solid project management experience in a technical environment
