As a PLC and Automation Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing production systems within the automotive industry. Your daily responsibilities include troubleshooting PLC controls, robots, and drive systems, as well as programming and optimizing automation workflows. You will perform essential maintenance, ensure data security for control systems, and conduct functional testing on assembly lines. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent qualification in Automation/Control Technology.
Experience
- Professional experience in automation technology or control engineering
- Practical experience in troubleshooting PLC-controlled production environments
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in maintaining industrial drive systems and robotics
- Experience with Siemens and SEW control environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within industrial maintenance teams
