As an Elective Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the Patient Management department, serving as the primary point of contact for elective patients throughout their hospital stay. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive consultation and support to patients, managing elective service agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will act as a bridge between medical staff, nursing teams, and external service providers to maintain high service quality. Additionally, you will optimize billing processes in collaboration with medical controlling and assist with patient admissions and insurance clarifications.
