This role involves acting as a central coordinator within the Corporate Development department, focusing on the digitalization and automation of administrative processes for the German Pension Insurance. You will bridge the gap between technical IT teams and business departments, overseeing the implementation and enhancement of business-critical IT systems. Your day-to-day work includes managing IT projects in both classic and agile formats, analyzing stakeholder requirements, and ensuring the sustainability of technical solutions. You will serve as a key point of contact for change management and crisis resolution, while creating reports and decision-making foundations for leadership. Required Skills
