Job Summary

In this role at the BMW Group, you will lead the virtual validation of a sophisticated multi-agent AI system spanning ADAS, Infotainment, and backend domains. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the reliability of these intelligent systems by designing and operating cloud-based validation environments. You will develop AI-assisted testing strategies, including adversarial probing and property-based testing, to explore complex behavioral spaces and uncover edge cases that traditional methods might miss. The position requires a deep understanding of agentic AI architectures and the ability to build robust observability and diagnostics tooling. You will collaborate closely with design teams, translating validation findings into actionable system improvements.
