Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in heating, ventilation, sanitation, or air conditioning; additional qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) in Facility Management, Building Services, or Supply Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in HVAC and technical building equipment
- Experience in hospital or healthcare facility environments is preferred
- Experience in building automation and hygiene management for water and ventilation systems
- Experience in coordinating operational workflows and external service providers
