As an IT Service Technician, you will join the IT Client team of an internationally operating company within the defense industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing second-level support to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of the entire client environment, and analyzing and resolving complex technical incidents. You will serve as the central point of contact for technical inquiries within the department and manage service requests through ticketing systems. The role requires a solid foundation in IT systems, including Microsoft environments, networking, and hardware, alongside experience with automated software deployment and remote support tools. Required Skills
