Job Summary

The Bertelsmann Stiftung is seeking a Finance & Tax Specialist to join their team in Gütersloh on a part-time (50%) basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all tax-related matters for the foundation, with a primary focus on non-profit law. You will provide expert advice to various foundation programs, ensure compliance, and support the legal department in reviewing contracts for tax and non-profit implications. Additionally, you will prepare tax documentation, handle tax applications, draft professional opinions on tax and accounting issues, and assist in the preparation of tax returns. You will also play a key role in coordinating tax audits and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration or Business Law with a specialization in Tax Law and/or Accounting. Additional qualification as a Tax Clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or commercial vocational training is preferred.
