Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician at Siemens Mobility GmbH in Wegberg, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational reliability of electrical systems and infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, conducting functional tests, and managing cleaning and lubrication tasks. You will be responsible for electrical installations, such as wiring, lighting, and power outlets, as well as performing minor repairs. A key aspect of this role involves operating electrical systems, including high-voltage networks up to 36 kV, and conducting safety inspections in accordance with DGUV regulations. You will also collect and evaluate monitoring logs to maintain high standards of facility performance. Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (or equivalent).

Experience

  • Must be physically fit and capable of working at heights (work platforms). Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and on weekends. DGUV inspector certification is preferred.
