Job Summary
The Electrical Engineering Technician will play a pivotal role in the HTS production department at EMB GmbH, focusing on the lifecycle management and development of protective devices for hermetic transformers. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer complaints for sustainable quality improvements, managing the creation of first-sample inspection reports, and designing and maintaining specialized electrical and mechanical test benches. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments, requiring strong communication skills to navigate complex technical discussions. Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik) or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
Experience
- Professional experience in the construction and maintenance of electrical and mechanical test benches
- Professional experience in electrical testing procedures
- Practical experience in complaint management and technical coordination
- Experience in technical supplier qualification or development
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as riveting, bending, or spot welding
