As an SAP Developer specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM), you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of our insurance group. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes, designing, implementing, testing, and documenting SAP applications, including dialogues, reports, and interfaces. You will serve as a key consultant for internal users, providing support, performing program analysis during support cases, and managing SAP release changes and note implementation.
