Job Summary

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Hellmann, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of 'Hero,' our next-generation Transport Management System for European land transport. You will lead the migration from LitElements to Angular, shaping the frontend architecture while collaborating cross-functionally with Product Owners and UX designers to build intuitive interfaces for logistics dispatchers. Beyond frontend development, you will contribute to our 'Agentic Software Engineering' initiatives, developing workflows and guardrails for AI-generated code. This role requires a deep understanding of complex business domains and a proactive approach to software craftsmanship. You will work in an environment that values self-organization, continuous improvement, and cross-functional responsibility from conception to production.
