Job Summary
Lebenshilfe Leipzig e.V. is seeking an IT Administrator to join their team in a part-time capacity (35 hours per week). In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of hardware and software, including the management of the organization's telephone system. You will collaborate with external IT service providers to ensure systems remain secure and up-to-date, while also managing software licenses and creating technical documentation. A key aspect of this position is identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing automation through scripts or workflows. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in IT, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a good understanding of data protection (GDPR) and IT security. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., Fachinformatik, Business Informatics or similar).
Experience
- Completed vocational training in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics)
- Professional experience in network infrastructure, ideally within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Vivendi or Sage is considered an asset
