Job Summary
The Municipality of Trittau is seeking a Head of Finance to lead a team of 18 employees across two specialized units: Financial Accounting and Taxes/Fees/Contributions. In this role, you will be responsible for the professional, organizational, and personnel management of the finance department. Key day-to-day duties include independent budget planning, managing tax and legal financial matters, developing and updating fee statutes, and implementing cost-performance accounting. You will also represent these matters before advisory and decision-making committees. The ideal candidate holds a degree in public administration or a related field and possesses significant professional and leadership experience within municipal administration. Strong knowledge of municipal budget and tax law is essential. Education
Degree as Dipl. Verwaltungswirt/in or Verwaltungsfachwirt/in (including AGL II) or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- Professional experience in financial management and tax administration
