As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will take full responsibility for the monthly payroll processing for three German business entities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries regarding payroll, tax, and social security law, while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. A key aspect of this role is the active development and implementation of internal payroll structures, allowing you to shape processes within a growing, family-run company. You will manage employee data within the Personio HR system, handle all reporting and certification processes, and communicate directly with public authorities. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports and analyses to support business decisions. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Tax Clerk, HR Specialist) and further certification in payroll accounting (e.g., Certified Payroll Accountant).

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in payroll
- Professional experience in the independent execution of payroll accounting
- Professional experience in project and process management
